How to Set Up Your eSIM

For Android Users:

1. Visit the eSIM Air website and choose the plan that fits your needs.
2. After your purchase, you’ll receive a unique QR code for activation.
3. Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Card Manager or Network & Internet on your device.
4. Tap Add Mobile Plan or Add eSIM.
5. Option 1: Scan the QR Code from your confirmation email to install the eSIM automatically.
6. Option 2: If you can’t scan the code, select Enter Details Manually and input the SM-DP+ address and activation code provided in your email.

For iPhone Users (iOS 17+):

1. After purchasing your plan on the eSIM Air website, choose One-Click Install for a hassle-free experience.
2. Simply tap the “One-Click Install” button and your eSIM will be automatically installed on your iPhone, no QR code required.

For iPhone Users (Below iOS 17):

1. After purchasing, you’ll receive a QR code for activation.
2. Go to Settings > Cellular > Add Cellular Plan on your iPhone.
3. Option 1: Scan the QR code to activate the eSIM automatically.
4. Option 2: If you can’t scan the QR code, select Enter Details Manually and provide the SM-DP+ address and activation code from your confirmation email.
